Audacia democratizes investment in European deep tech

Audacia has reached a new milestone in opening up deep-tech investment to individual investors by digitizing the subscription process for the Audacia Capital Innovation IR fund (FCPI).

Leveraging its expertise in disruptive technologies, Audacia enables individual investors to access a portfolio of innovative European startups positioned in strategic sectors such as quantum technology, space, nuclear energy, low-carbon fuels, and healthtech.

With a minimum investment of €5,000, the FCPI Audacia Capital Innovation IR fund aims to finance around fifteen innovative companies and—subject to regulatory conditions—enables investors to benefit from the IR-PME/JEI tax incentive scheme.

By offering a fully digitized subscription process, Audacia makes it easier for private investors to fund the technologies of the future.

Commenting on the launch, Cédric James, Deputy CEO of Audacia, stated:

“The European deep tech sector is home to companies capable of profoundly transforming entire industries, yet their development requires time, capital, and specialized expertise. Audacia has built this expertise over several years through dedicated strategies and a proven ability to identify pioneering projects. With Audacia Capital Innovation IR, we now aim to make this expertise accessible to individual investors, offering them a simpler way to enter the world of disruptive technologies that will shape the economy of tomorrow.”

Like any private equity investment, subscribing to the FCPI notably involves a risk of capital loss and implies a long holding period. Consult the regulatory documentation before making any investment decision.
