Back to business at Audacia: new talent joins the team

The start of the new season marks a new milestone for Audacia, with the arrival of new talent to strengthen our teams and support the growth of our various business lines.

In recent months, several new team members have joined Audacia, bringing with them fresh expertise and experience. Notable among these new arrivals are Guillaume des Courtis, who joins as a Partner, and Pauline Borie, who joins the team as Marketing Manager.

With over 15 years of experience in investment and finance, Guillaume des Courtis has developed expertise in private equity, co-investment, and supporting SMEs and mid-cap companies.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, he has worked at firms including Société Générale, Jaccar Holdings, Eight Advisory, EPI, and Pergam, where he had served as Director of Private Investments since 2019.

His background also includes experience in the French Navy—following training at the Naval Academy—which enabled him to develop specialized knowledge of the defense sector.

His appointment strengthens Audacia’s Growth Capital team and its expertise in deploying the Straton strategy and supporting its portfolio companies.

Pauline Borie Joins Audacia as Marketing Manager

Audacia also welcomes Pauline Borie as Marketing Manager.

She will be responsible for supporting the development and visibility of Audacia’s various business lines and funds, working closely with the communications and investment teams.

Her appointment reflects Audacia’s commitment to strengthening its in-house expertise and supporting the growth of its various investment strategies.

In addition to these appointments, this period sees the arrival of several new staff members, interns, and work-study trainees joining Audacia and its ecosystem.
