Justine joined Audacia in June 2020 as an Investment Manager within the Growth Capital team, before being appointed Investment Director in 2026. She holds a degree from the Grande École program at emlyon business school and gained her initial professional experience at PwC.

Justine is involved in the entire investment cycle, from analyzing opportunities to executing operations and supporting investments. She notably contributed to equity investments in industry and personal services, as well as to the deployment of Recovery Bonds.

She currently works with the Straton fund, which is dedicated to financing SMEs within the Defense Industrial and Technological Base (BITD).
