Audacia announces the acquisition of a new real estate asset located in the 5th arrondissement of Lyon, which is set to be transformed into shared housing for seniors.
This transaction—Audacia’s third “club deal” in this sector—is part of the firm’s strategy to develop real estate assets that address the challenges of aging well and the “Silver Economy.”
“This new acquisition illustrates our strategy for developing shared housing for seniors—a model that aligns perfectly with the ‘Silver Economy’ and the challenges of aging well,” notes Frédéric Leclerc, Director of Real Estate Capital at Audacia.
