Audacia announces the appointment of Constance d’Avout as Partner

Audacia announces the appointment of Constance d’Avout as Partner within its Private Equity division, where she will be in charge of the Defense ecosystem.

This appointment is part of Audacia’s development strategy in strategic sectors and strengthens the team’s investment capabilities, particularly in matters of sovereignty. Constance d’Avout will specifically support the development of Straton, Audacia’s fund dedicated to financing SMEs in the Defense Industrial and Technological Base (DITB).

With fifteen years of experience in private equity and finance, Constance d’Avout has built a career within leading international players. After starting at Moelis & Company in London, she continued her career at EQT Partners, then Silverfleet Capital, before joining Wendel, where she most recently held the position of Senior Director.

Throughout her career, she has led major investments in the industrial, educational, business services, and sustainability sectors, while also supporting large-scale transformation and value creation initiatives. She also has extensive governance experience gained on the boards of directors of several international holding companies.

His expertise in industrial investments, strategic technologies and executive support will be an asset in continuing the development of Audacia’s activities and supporting the growth of Straton’s investments.
