Graforce

Graforce is a deeptech company specializing in the production of low-carbon hydrogen using plasma pyrolysis technologies. It has developed modular reactors called Plasmalyzers®, capable of producing hydrogen from energy-rich chemical compounds found in industrial waste (methane, ammonia, effluents, sludge, gas).

Unlike water electrolysis, these processes require significantly less energy because hydrogen is more weakly bound in these molecules. As a result, production costs are drastically reduced, from approximately €6–8/kg to €1.5–3/kg of hydrogen.

Graforce’s solutions thus make it possible to produce CO₂-free or even CO₂-negative hydrogen, while valorizing industrial waste, and constitute a key technology for the decarbonization of industry and the transition to a carbon-neutral economy.
