Christiane Marcellier is Chief Executive Officer of JD4C Conseil, a consulting and investment company specializing in transformative projects with a technological component, which she founded in 2008.

Having begun her career as a financial analyst specializing in the banking and insurance sectors, Christiane has extensive experience of the financial markets.

As an executive in European financial institutions and CEO of a credit and insurance brokerage group under LBO, she is involved in strategic negotiations and business development for these various companies.

Since 2001, she has taken part on numerous occasions in the governance of mutual and state-controlled companies, both listed and owned by professional investors. Christiane is currently a member of the Board of Directors of CNP Assurances (2020), the Supervisory Board of Louvre Banque Privée (2021) and the Board of Directors of Audacia (2022). As a director, she also participates in and chairs a number of specialized committees.
